We do NOT offer refunds under any circumstances.

This includes:

  • Change of mind

  • Selecting the wrong product

  • Not liking the product after receiving it

  • Color differences due to screen variations


Order Cancellation

Because payment is made online and orders are processed quickly:

We do not accept cancellation requests once an order is placed.


Damaged or Wrong Product

Although refunds are not offered, we can assist you only if the product is physically damaged or you receive the wrong item.

You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/video evidence at:
